Inbound Marketer


Position : Closed
• Responsible for creating and customising campaigns
• Planning and developing effective nurture campaigns
• Maximising the use and effectiveness of marketing automation platforms and other tools
• Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports

Cloud Migration Engineer

Role : Customer facing role based out of Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune, India; occasional business travel to the UK
Experience : Min. 6-8 years hands-on
Qualifications : BE/BTech/Mtech/MCA/Msc; good written and spoken English
Certification : Azure Expert Level or AWS Professional Level
• Gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solutions, and produce appropriate project documentation.
• Write scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
• Build and deploy enterprise scale solutions using Jenkins, Subversion, and Git for system configurations management.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving are daily activities.
• Provide support and maintain cloud infrastructure applications and services.
• Proactive monitoring of cloud resources to ensure optimal usage.
• Must have excellent documentation skills.
• Be a technical leader for use of infrastructure as code for cloud environments.
• Ability to learn new technologies and services.
• Three plus years of work experience with hands - on technical experience in system designs and system administration
• Three plus years in IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, SSH, Network Monitoring / Troubleshooting tools.
• Three plus years in administration of enterprise grade Operating Systems (Windows, Linux/Unix distributions), specifically with regards to system builds, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM ; Virtualisation & Containerisation
• Experienced in implementing security features such as LDAP, ADFS, SSL.

• Must have exposure to both Azure & AWS, be strong in either Linux or Windows OS
• Must be knowledgeable in most common PaaS services and their usages.
• Strong understanding of traditional DC/Infra architectures and modern Cloud/Hybrid Architectures.
• Ability to develop architectural options in both Azure & AWS based on cost, availability, security etc.
• Ability to design, develop and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions using Infra-as-Code (IAC) using Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM; Virtualisation & Containerisation
• Ability to scope and size the project and act as technical project manager, co-ordinate between vendors and customers
• Candidate should be able to design and architect a solution for real-time applications, migration, log analytics, on-demand based solutions etc.
• Good understanding of Incident management, Change management, Configuration management, etc .
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and problem solving, including incident and change management.
• Good understanding of LDAP, Directory services, Active Directory, OAuth, SMAL Federation
• Current certification or familiarity with ITILv3 or TOGAF will be good to have

Sales Consultant

Position : Closed
6-8 Years Exp (UK) New business development/Account Management
Sales wins: the role exists to secure new customers and business to a set annual target. The jobholder’s principle aim is to close sales deals after appropriate approvals and following internal processes.
• Effective planning: the successful jobholder will create and execute an effective sales planning to develop leads, demonstrate an understanding of customer needs/requirements, and progress them through to deals.
• Communication & handover: setting expectations so we deliver a quality service will be key, including keeping the customer, internal colleagues and systems up to date with developments, next steps and responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3-5 major areas of responsibility with a brief description of the expected activities
Account planning
• Achieve revenue & margin targets from new customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Create and maintain documented account development plans.
• Work with marketing or other internal departments to proactively identify and target customers.
• Build sales approaches for specific customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting of opportunities by effectively progressing sales opportunities.
• Keep internal systems and contacts up to date with progress.
